is a boutique law firm with offices in Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Rockland County. The firm was founded by Benjamin Isaacs in 1930 with a dominant focus in the Corporate/Not For Profit and Real Estate sectors. In 1987 Joseph A. Schubin joined the firm and survived Mr. Isaacs in the law practice.
